Spotify Promote Terms of Service
1. General
- This is the most recent Terms of Service agreement as of October 20th, 2019, till now.
- IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO ACCEPT ALL TERMS OF SERVICE FOR THIS WEBSITE THEN PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT AND THEREBY DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM OUR WEBSITE.
- Any further changes modify and replace all former agreements.
- Typing errors on this website reserved.
- If there are any contradictions with anything that has something to do with our website, and/or our Terms of Service, the Terms of Service rules are always right and applicable. So even if another page (1) on our website states something that is contradictory to our Terms of Service, the information on the other page (1) is not observed. Instead, the Terms of Service on our website is always right.
2. Service
- This service will only be used for promotional purposes.
- You will not upload anything into this service’s rotation that includes nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable.
- You shall not knowingly exploit the system.
- The service sometimes might deliver later than the planned date stated on the website’s order page. This can be completely normal. Contact our support team if your order isn’t delivered in time, they will most likely find a suitable solution. Late delivery does not mean you will get a refund.

- In case if you will make any changes on your promoted account URL link, we are not able guarantee service delivery or any refill guaranty.
- You understand that we will not be able to provide lifetime refill guaranty for all our services. The recovery guarantee is stated in the product descriptions, if it is not there, then we provide a guarantee of recovery within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- You should not order promotion at the same time with third party services. Otherwise, we will not be able to provide delivery of our services.
3. Payment Providers
- You agree that upon purchasing any of our products that you clearly understand and agree what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute via PayPal, other payment provider credit card, or bank.
- Upon a fraudulent attempt to file a dispute, claim, unauthorized transaction or chargeback, we grant the right, if necessary, to ban your IP address from this website and you allow us to take legal actions against you. Also, we remain the right to (attempt to) terminate your social accounts.
- No partial or full refunds will be issued for service interruption, failure or anything else unless your order does not get delivered at all.
- By purchasing anything from this website, you agree to PayPal Terms of Service and state to not break any of their rules.
4. Campaign Duration
We cannot and do not make any guarantees about how long your marketing campaign will take to successfully complete. Any time frames mentioned on the Spotifypromote.com website, by Spotifypromote.com employees, in any chats, emails, phone conversations, or any other correspondence is not a guarantee of how long it will take the marketing campaign to successfully finish. Any estimate provided by Spotifypromote.com regarding how long a marketing campaign may take to successfully finish is simply a guideline designed to help our customers plan ahead.
5. Account Modification
You may not change, modify and/or remove your account, username and/or tracks while your Spotifypromote.com marketing campaign is running. Doing so may make your account, profile and/or tracks inaccessible and cause an interruption of our service. You agree that any changes, modifications and/or removal of your account, username and/or track without prior notice and approval from Spotifypromote.com, will make your affected order(s) subject to terminations and ineligible for any type of refund.
6. You may not run other marketing campaigns while your Spotify Promote marketing campaign is running.
- We use public statistics to measure the results of our campaign, which other campaigns may interfere with. If you do run other marketing campaigns simultaneously with Spotify Promote’s marketing campaign, then you agree that Spotify Promote is responsible for every fan, Stream, Save, Listeners, like, visit, and/or vote that you gain during the duration of your Spotify Promote marketing campaign.
7. Refund policy
- Since Spotify Promote is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished, and the product is sent. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.
However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.
Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:
- Non-delivery of the product: in some cases, the process times are slower, and it may take a little longer for your orders to finish. In this case we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our support department in writing within 7 days from the order placing date. Otherwise, the campaign will be considered completed.
- Product not-as-described: such issues should be reported to our support department within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored.
- We do not guarantee you a refund after we have started fulfilling your order, this is due to the fact that we, for our part, bear the cost, invest in promotion, pay labor costs, pay for the services of partner services.
- Each case is considered on an individual basis, if on our side the budget for promotion or part of it was spent, with a possible return, all costs will be borne by the party initiating the return: it includes the salary of our employees, the costs of the services of our partners, additional costs, taxes, etc.
