Refunds are not available once a campaign has started, except where required by law.
If we fail to deliver the agreed service, we may offer a refund or service credit at our discretion.
We shall not be liable for:
Loss of streams, followers, or revenue
Account suspension or termination by Spotify
Indirect or consequential damages
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid for the specific service purchased.

Clients may cancel before a campaign starts. Once started, services cannot be cancelled.
